District Testing Protocols

Reach out to your student’s school nurse for more information.

  • Symptomatic Onsite Testing

      • Should your student develop symptoms during the school day, COVID-19 testing may be available through the district or your school nurse.

  • Close Contacts Exposed at School

      • Upon request of a student's parent or guardian a student that has been exposed to COVID-19 while at school may receive testing on or after day six (6) from the first date of exposure.

  • Screening Testing for High Risk Activities (Athletics and Extra Curriculars)

      • Should an outbreak (10% or more of a group) occur on a school based athletics team/program or a school based extracurricular activity testing may be offered.

  • Screening Testing for Individuals most at risk of Severe COVID-19

      • Screening testing may be available for those who are at risk of getting very sick with COVID-19, such as those who are moderately or severely immunocompromised or who have complex medical conditions.

  • Screening Testing for Return from School Breaks

      • Upon request of a student's parent or guardian a student may receive COVID-19 testing based on test availability.

  • All DISTRICT AND SCHOOL TESTING WILL BE BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF COVID-19 TESTS.
